Very unfriendly welcome. Awkward shower system. Nice location and clean, though.

The lake water is wonderfully clear and the temperature was pleasant (in early July). The restrooms are clean, and the staff was friendly. Naturally, the lake gets very crowded in good weather, but during the week this only happens in the afternoon.

Camping spots are available under trees or open spaces.

Shopping (Rewe and Lidl) are within walking distance. During peak season, it's probably best to make a reservation in advance if you plan to stay longer than one night.

It was wonderfully quiet. Clean sanitary facilities. Everything you need is available.
