what a lovely place, especially if you want some rest after a hectic day in Rome.
the owner is very helpful. and she also knows all the bus times and she sends you information in advance via the app (we had called to see if there was room) Another tip: keep an eye on your bag/wallet in the crowds of the metro or train and don't get distracted. my wallet was stolen from my bag. 
beware of groups of people who distract you. 😳

What a lovely place to. recover after spending the whole day in Rome, peace and quiet, nature and a very nice hostess Roberta.
everything is there, showers and toilets dated but clean.
300 meters a bus stop, you have to take the bus times with a grain of salt. But it really does come, by bus to Montobello about 10 to 15 minutes, then on decyrein a great connection, from the train you can go in all directions in Rome.
