Great spot! You can get water for free, and you can empty your waste tank a little further down the road. You pay for electricity based on what you use. The fort can be visited on foot. We took an evening walk to a viewpoint. The price was 11 euros, though.

Beautiful campsite right next to the noisy stream. The fortress in Brot is easily accessible in about a 15-minute walk. A few meters from the campsite, there is also a soccer field for the youth football team.

It's a shame there's no bakery in the village anymore. We always prefer local businesses whenever possible, but unfortunately, that's not possible here.

*Currently (October 2025) there is a large construction site right next to the campsite, which is very noisy, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.*

*July 2025* 

We arrived here at 10 PM and the whipped cream wouldn't open. The manager button worked perfectly. He was there within 5 minutes and we could enter the grounds. Entering information and paying by debit card also worked straight away. The location is beautiful, near the fort. Electricity is charged with coins. €1 for 4 hours.
