Now part of TripStop network, there is a QR code to download the TripStop app. Easy sign up process and payment by card. App then lets you in and out of the site through powered barriers - seemed to work well.
ideal to visit the pretty town of Peubla de Sanabria about 10 minutes walk away; definitely worth a look round.
At 5€ per 24 hours with fresh water, grey and black water emptying, it is good value. But site is a bit careworn. No electrcity

It recently stopped being a Camping Car Park. It is open, though; the sanitary station is there. But everything else is gone. I could walk in freely.

Work was being done on the entrance. I believe you have to check in using a QR code (?). Furthermore, electrical cabinets have been installed, but they are not working yet.
It will probably become a paid site (?).

It's indeed a large vacant lot.
They're slowly renovating it.
Yesterday, when we arrived, they were planting trees, and we think there are pipes ready for the electricity.
The service area is also very neat and clean.
There's a park in front of the camper site with a playground and a table, and a sports hall and grounds surrounding it.
It's a pretty village with nice shops and restaurants, now lavishly decorated for Christmas.
