Pretty good place. Also for visiting the beautiful city with the Schloss. But… if you have paper cash but no coins.. Okay, I used the EasyPark app. And they charge €2.25 in service fees. Not OK!!!!

When we arrived at approx. 18:15, there was no more space at this camper site. Completely full. It was reasonably busy there; the youth hostel was next door.

The price is not much less than the new camper site also in Marburg, 8 minutes further north, in a green area, called: Afföllerwiesen. It is also close to the highway, but otherwise very quiet. We were the only ones there.

For a city camper place quite ok. Through coin machine you can buy electricity and water. Money put in but only got electricity. Water did not work. Parking fee (12 euros) paid via an app that is displayed on the machine. 10 minutes walk to beautiful city center. There can only be 7-8, so arriving early in the afternoon is advisable.
