There's no waste disposal there, at least not on the Lisbon-bound side. I've searched everywhere.

Someone would have to check for the opposite direction.

Unfortunately, you can't get to this place using the route guidance provided by this app. At least, we couldn't find it...

if you would fill water, I think you have to ask for a key, we didn't bother to try.
the same for toiletemtying.
For the greywater, you have to have a hose.
