Everything is fine. Key for water can indeed be picked up at the gas station checkout.

all good, and hot water to wash your hands afterwards inside!

Heated disposal. As clean as a chemical toilet can be. 
Fresh water only with a key from the gas station attendant. Unfortunately we were there at night, so we had to do without this.
