no networks (FREE) and entry is given by SMS??? What's more, Wi-Fi is given by the town hall!! It's complete nonsense! What's more, the road that passes in front is very noisy!! Avoid this area!

Well located for visiting with shops nearby. For services you have to leave the area
and use the Qrcode which is on the entrance ticket. 
The parking lot is full of holes and muddy in rainy weather.
Not pleasant...
To avoid...
