I had a wonderful 5-night stay here. I didn't need my blocks on the front pitch.
The staff were very nice. The toilet block was spotlessly clean. The shower was wonderfully warm.

Public transport stops in front of the campsite. You can take it in either direction for the S-Bahn to Hamburg. The Wildpark restaurant can also be visited without an entrance ticket to the park. They have tasty food.
On Sundays, you can park for free in their parking lot.

Neat transit campsite. No complaints about uneven terrain; everyone has their own blocks.
Only two men's restrooms, which turns out to be too few in the morning...
Beautiful hiking area.

Very friendly staff, quiet, clean and generally ideal, apart from some pitches being on a bit of a slope.
