Fine (currently still) free spot. The payment system via aanuit.net is not working yet. That is why there is no fresh water, no electricity, and the toilet empty is locked. A greywater disposal point is available, but unfortunately it is located at an almost impossible angle; it is certainly a challenge for campers over 7 meters if there are campers parked around it. They should have placed that disposal point in the middle of the road. Then no one would just park right on top of it.

Who came up with 25 euros?
That makes no sense.

Registration is supposed to be done via the on/off network (see photos of the posts).
The on/off network app does not yet list Laren as a location.

So just park for free; the electricity therefore does not work (yet).
There is no enforcement or inspection.

Nice parking lot by the hockey fields. On Saturday morning, a constant coming and going of parents with little children. Nice and quiet at night. We parked here for free. It was confusing though, because according to the signs you have to register at aanuit.net. But the location is unknown in this app. There is no supervision, so just don't register.
