Free parking is available along the beach, which is very wide and long. There are many campers at night, while cars park there during the day. The police often come to check.
Park on the sand, which is hard and flat at the back.
There's a bar with free showers and paid umbrellas; the rest of the beach is free.
There are no trees for shade, but the constant breeze is very pleasant and refreshing.

 Wonderful if you like a sandy beach. Free shower and toilet for a small fee. Often windy. At the northern mountainside (5 km by road) at other high-altitude (near large parking lot) exit to the beach, the wind is considerably less if you drive along the beach to the freshwater stream against the mountain ridge. Village on the other side of the road for drinking water from the tap and groceries 5 km away on a nice cycle road.
