It's located close to the main road, which is easily audible. If you're in the "second row," you're a bit further back from the road, and the noise will likely be somewhat quieter.
You can empty your toilet here, but there are no other facilities for emptying/filling. There are three toilets and large garbage containers.

We got rid of the toilet and the wastewater. It would be nice to have some water for flushing. Unfortunately, it's broken.
