Very practical place to park a campervan. Cost: 0.5 pounds/day. You can stay overnight and take the train from here right into the heart of Edinburgh. There is a nice pub nearby.

Very large area where you can stand excellently for only ½ pound per day.
great for exploring the city

Also several days no problem
very well lit until late but at night they are off.
the long freight train that regularly passes by is not a nuisance
