it’s a 2 star campsite so no frills. Sanitary facilities are old but clean and fine. (No showers after 20:45.😒) We visited In April for 2 nights and it was about a third full. Spaces are a good size. Electricity is fine (we don’t have a lot of power needs) €4 extra. We had the dog with us €2 extra. Site is 100m from beach (no dogs allowed 😒) and a short and pleasant walk to town. Nice walk along the coast.

A simple but fine campsite for staying and exploring the island. A friendly owner, spacious pitches, and clean sanitary facilities. From the campsite, it is a short walk to the beach and the charming village center. We enjoyed beautiful bike rides through a particularly beautiful landscape.

Lovely campsite with large grassy pitches. Lots of turnover. Basic but clean sanitary facilities. A bakery is within walking distance (1 km) in the charming village of La Flotte. Large supermarkets are just outside the village. An excellent starting point for beautiful bike rides across the bike-friendly island, as well as across the bridge along the beautiful coastal path or to La Rochelle.
