Very luxurious and spotless, if you want you can have a place with private toilet/shower. Quiet, extremely friendly owners and many cycling paths and beaches nearby. Great place to stay. 

(And for the fellow traveller that gave a bad score because it “would be too expensive”: you pay for what you get. You know the price, and I f you don’t wan’t to pay that, just go somewhere else but don’t leave a bad review, that’s extremely unfair)
