A great campsite with spacious pitches and stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. But for €40 per night, you do expect decent restroom facilities, as one combined toilet/shower (paid) is incredibly meager! The restaurant doesn't even get much better than 2 stars. The pizza had burnt edges, the roasted tomato soup was tasteless and low in nutrients, and the pasta pappardelle with wild boar sauce was a disgrace and cold.

Eight spacious pitches at this beautiful campervan site. Some pitches have a picnic table or other garden furniture. A lovely swimming pool. Beautiful panorama. A good base for cycling. Montalcino town center is 3.5 km away. Walking along the road isn't fun; I don't know if there's another route. Downside: there's a cubicle that serves as a toilet and washroom for all guests, so don't go in case of an emergency. And bring your own toilet paper. €40 pitch + €2 per person tax.

We were there early June. What a lovely spot! Beautiful view, lovely pool and a great restaurant.
