## Information
Welcome to your private sunny meadow. The well-kept meadow, which is exclusively available to one camper, is part of the property of our house (former forester's house) and is over 500 square meters in size. It is mowed weekly and offers you a unique view of Engen and the Hohenhewen. Since 2023: The pitch is now paved over a length of over 30 meters and can therefore be easily accessed at any time of the year (see last photo). (WiFi) and electricity are available. Make a campfire and enjoy the peace and quiet in nature. A fire bowl, a swivel grill and free wood are at your disposal. We can bottle drinking water. Outside there is access with a hose to our cistern (rainwater). No toilet/shower. In the carport next to the meadow, a 230V socket is available for a daily fee of €3. E-cars can be charged at our wallbox during the day for a fee of 30 ctkWh. In the morning you can buy fresh bread, eggs, vegetables, etc. directly from the producer in the farm shop on the neighboring farm.
 Hiking tours and activities: Start hikes to the Ice Age Park Engen directly from the pitch. You can also hike to Hohenhewen in the region and tackle the new premium hiking trail "Hegau Vulkan Tour". You will also find very good conditions for cycling here. Lake Constance and Konstanz are easily accessible via very beautiful secondary routes and you can also use the very good train connection back (Radolfzell - Engen from 19 minutes). You can reach the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen by car in just under 30 minutes. You can reach the Engen adventure pool by bike in 5 minutes.
 If you want to spend a few days exploring the Hegau and Lake Constance, we are the perfect starting point!

Experience: Wir durften mit unserem Wohnmobil bei Karl stehen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Karl ist ein unglaublich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber – man merkt sofort, dass er mit Herz dabei ist. Wasser und Strom waren problemlos vorhanden, alles bestens organisiert. Wir haben die ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre sehr genossen und können einen Aufenthalt bei Karl wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Experience: super nice view with the fields right next to your tent. the host is an amazing guy and super generous. you can cook above a campfire!! 10/10

Experience: Loved to stay here. It’s very near to the highway but still in the middle of nature. Perfect for people enjoying some peace.
