Come and visit the castles of the Loire, the Touraine, the Vienne, the sea or Paris...a real central pied à terre for your excursions, with your vehicle or by train near the property.

Ideally located while being quiet.

Our land is secured with 2 gates delimit the land with independent access.
The plot has access to a road with little traffic and the back of the plot is totally quiet. The high vegetation on the sides of the property protects it from view.

You can easily do the Loire by bike or even by canoe-kayak, we are in the center of the castles of the Loire, the train for the medieval city of Loches and for Tours Centre is easily accessible on foot, 40 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo, barely 1 hour from the Futuroscope, 2.5 hours from Paris or even 2.5 hours from the sea.
