Ideal for travelers who love the peace and quiet of the countryside on a 2000 m2 plot, the place is located on a dead-end road away from the N124 road
 Preserved, peaceful land, surrounded by vineyards and greenery.
 The sun is present all day long, with some shaded areas (depending on the weather).
 You will be pleasantly disturbed only by the singing of birds and chickens when laying eggs
 During the night, the 2 roosters will be placed far from the field and released at 8:00 a.m. to join their hens.
 Regarding the activities:
 * hiking route to Santiago de Compostela.
 * 13 km away is the birthplace of the musketeer D'Artagnan, "Lupiac" with its lake and beach, fishing spots and open-air café.
 Nearby:
 * you can visit the Vic-Fezensac arenas and its Latin festival during the summer.
 * the Nogaro racing circuit 19 km away.
 * Marsiac & its jazz festival from the end of July to the beginning of August.
 In the village of Dému, you can enjoy a bakery, a gas station with its grocery store, tobacconist, lottery, post office, garage as well as a pétanque court located 5 minutes away on foot.
