## Information
Our property is located on the outskirts of a pretty, quiet village, with a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist and restaurants.
 For your peace of mind, you will be alone on the pitch (1 single reservation for possibly several tents, vans, camper vans).
 We do not accept pets because I have cats.
 Many tourist sites nearby: Via Rhôna 4.5 km away, Ardèche Gorges 5 km away, Cèze Valley 15 km away, Nîmes, Avignon 1 hour away...
 Shaded grounds with a 5m x 10m fenced swimming pool. Quiet road.
 Oak woods cover half of the plot. The location is spacious and not overlooked.
 The access road to the property has very little traffic.
 The district has an airy urbanization (large plots of land).
 Activities
 Swimming in the pool from June 18th to the end of September. It is fenced and measures 5 m x 10 m x 1.50 m.
 Large selection of nature and cultural tourism,
 within a 1-hour radius (Pont du Gard, Ardèche Gorges, Cèze Valley, Orange, Avignon, hiking trails,
 "Crocodile farm", cave tours...)
 We do not accept more than 8 people.
 We cannot accommodate pets, especially dogs, because we have cats.
 The electricity supply for the outdoor installation (tent, van, camper van, etc.) is billed at the regulated rate in effect at the time. Consumption is measured by an approved sub-meter assigned exclusively to the guest's installation.

Experience: Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt bei Martial, sehr empfehlenswert!
Eigenes WC und Dusche mit warmem Wasser vorhanden. Draussen Möglichkeit zum Abwaschen und Wasserkocher zur Verfügung, Strom wird zum Kilowattpreis abgerechnet, sehr günstig😊
Toller Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen zur Verfügung, Pool auch vorhanden. Sehr naturnah, neben Wald mit entsprechenden Tiergeräuschen. 
Contact: Sehr angenehm und schnelle Antworten online. Auch vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert 😊

Experience: Accès facile, un bel emplacement, idéal pour découvrir le sud Ardèche et les gorges bien sûr. Environnement très calme et beaux paysages en perspectives. Le village est très joli. 
Tips: Un seul conseil : Allez-y 
Contact: J'ai été très bien accueilli par Martial et son épouse. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'échange simple et convivial, ce qui est de plus en plus rare. Merci Martial ! On se sent bien, on y dort très bien, calme et beaux paysages en perspectives. Le village est joli.

Experience: Franchement je ne sais quoi rajouter aux précédents commentaires, tout est impeccable l'emplacement , les équipements, l'accueil, les renseignements et les docs sur les lieux à visiter et il y en a beaucoup la plupart à moins de 15 mn a la croisée de 3 départements le Gard, le Vaucluse l'Ardèche avec les gorges de l'Ardèche à visiter à partir de St Martin d'Ardèche
Magnifique ! 
Tips: Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! 
Contact: Que ce soit Marie, Antoine, Martial leur accueil est génial, chaleureux, d'une gentillesse exemplaire, attentionné,  discret cela fut un plaisir de les connaître.
Je n'ai qu'une envie, c'est d'y retourner,
