## Information
In a small village of 1800 inhabitants, on the edge of a lake (lake emptied until April 2024) we welcome you to our private land which is a large enclosed space of 3361 m² to set up your tent, your camper van, your caravan or your van. An extension cord is provided for the duration of your stay. It is possible to take water from the outside tap against our house with your bucket or watering can. No shower and no accessible toilet. On the other hand, it is possible to empty your dirty water into a hatch going to the sewer right next to your pitch.
 Our timber-framed house is on the edge of a fish pond and is located in a quiet, rural setting.
 Saint Sernin du Bois is located 20 minutes from the Creusot Montceau TGV station which will take you to Paris in 1 hour 15 minutes or to Lyon in 50 minutes.
 The Burgundy Grands Crus wine route is close by (40 minutes from Beaune)
 Very calm and green place.

Experience: Quatre journées nous faisant profiter de campagne, verdure, tranquillité nous permettant de découvrir Saint-Sernin-Du-Bois et ses alentours: lacs, étangs, châteaux et bien encore. Nous recommandons fortement ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !! 
Tips: Profiter du charme, du calme, des alentours, de très belles marches à faire autour des étangs, visiter les villages alentours chargés d'histoire 
Contact: Un couple de personnes accueillants, aux petits soins, répondants à la moindre demande ! Sympathiques et respectant votre intimité durant le séjour, ils vous offriront un accueil des plus appréciables !
