Hello everyone,
 I offer pitches for Vans - motorhomes - converted vans etc.
 Ideal for guarding
 We are a 5-minute walk from the "Combs-la-Ville / Quincy" train station and therefore 35 minutes from Paris Gare de Lyon or 40 minutes from Châtelet.
 Also 5 minutes from the Sénart forest.
 Possibility of charging a phone or small device at my home depending on availability to be agreed together.
 Dead end, Close to shops and the A6 motorway, Center of Paris in 35 minutes by car or RER (suburban train).
 4G works without any problems.
 Close to all amenities.
 Easy to access.
 The dimensions of the space: 6m in length, maximum 7m overhanging without getting in the way, 2.60m in height, but that's a slight slope so I would say 2.80m with the nose of the vehicle moving forward and 2.60m in width.
 Hiking, Sénart forest nearby
 - 10 minutes from the large shopping center “Carré Sénart”
 Cinemas, Galleries Lafayette, Carrefour Hypermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc.
 You can arrive from noon.

Experience: Sehr nett, der Monsieur Pierre. Er bot uns alles an, was wir ggf. benötigten (Frischwasser und Strom für unseren Camper). Selbst den Garten durften wir benutzen, wenn wir es gewollt hätten. Dennoch war der Stellplatz sehr eng für einen 6m Camper, was mich an meine Grenzen des Ein- und Ausparkens brachte. Dadurch, dass die Straße nur eine Gasse war, konnten wir nur Millimeterweise manövrieren. 
Tips: Wer mit einem Campervan kommt, sollte gut Ein- und Ausparken auf engstem Raum können. Ansonsten ein günstiger und guter Stellplatz kurz vor Paris. 
Contact: Sehr guter Kontakt vorher über WhatsApp. Trotz Sprachbarriere auf beiden Seiten, haben wir uns auf Anhieb gut verstanden. Alles lief problemlos.
