## Information
Our little paradise, as we like to call it, is nestled in the middle of a 360 ha forest.
 Ideally located between Nantes, Angers and Rennes. The small town of Fercé is a 10-minute walk away via the footpath, where you will find a small grocery store very well stocked with local products.
 Location
 It is in the calm and shade of the forest trees that we suggest you settle in. Right next to a large 150 m2 hangar where you will find sofas and armchairs to relax in, a water point and toilets.
 Activities
 On site, we provide a ping-pong table, volleyball/badminton net, shuffleboard, pétanque balls and various wooden games.
 We offer mountain bikes for rent.
 Numerous hiking and cycling trails on the various nearby paths, including the Régalante, a new cycle route which crosses 3 departments (Manche, Ille-et-Vilaine, Loire-Atlantique) and which links Nantes to Mont-St-Michel.
 Also to discover, a timeless interlude, the castle, the Duc d'Aumale promenade and the medieval town of Châteaubriant.
 Dare to take to the skies during a hot air balloon flight over our Châteaubriant-Derval region.
 10 minutes away, the Rougé swin-golf offers numerous activities in a natural setting, such as swin-golf, an 18-hole course, paintball, archery, disc golf and even foot golf.
 Other remarks
 10 minutes from Chateaubriant or Martigné-Ferchaud, you will have access to all shops: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.
 And we provide you with maps and leaflets on the different activities and specific places in the region.
 We will be very happy to welcome you and will be delighted to talk with you to advise you on the places and activities to discover.
