About this location:
 Flat land by main entrance, easily accessible from the A64. 3 minutes from the motorway.
 Close to all shops.
 The land has a view of the Pyrenees. 3000m2.
 You can stay for a night or more to visit the region.
 Toilet, drinking water outside and shower.
 Very close to the A64, you can also stop there during your trips to the ocean or the mountains...
 No light pollution, unfenced, wooded grounds, little noise.
 For the camper van pitch, the land is fenced (but still close to a departmental road, little traffic at night).
 The village, nearby, has all the shops (grocery stores, bakery, butcher, bar/restaurants, pizzerias, newsagent, tobacconist, hairdresser, bank, etc.) as well as a pharmacy, a medical center and a veterinary clinic.
 In the surrounding area, many activities are possible (sport, nature, culture, etc.) and depending on the season, festivals, guinguettes, open-air cinemas
 In case of bad weather, a 150m2 room is available for shelter.
