 Completely fenced property with direct access to the Simssee cycling and hiking trails.
 Wake up to the chirping of countless birds. The Simsee hiking trails are just a minute away, and the swimming area with its kiosk is just a five-minute walk away. Several restaurants are within walking distance.
 Children are very welcome.
 Permitted vehicle size: up to 6 meters
 A bicycle can be rented upon request.
 Firewood available for a small fee.
 Attention: Railway tracks border the property and trains also run at night!

Experience: Wir hatten eine super schöne Übernachtung! Tolle Stellwiese mit vielen Blumen, in 10 min beim See und viel Platz :)

Experience: Ein großer, schöner Garten in der Nähe des Simssees. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen – fast wie auf einem Bauernhof! Laufenten sind den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Morgens schaut Hund Sia beim Frühstück vorbei, nachdem man vom Hahn geweckt wurde. Wer das mag, ist hier richtig. 
Tips: Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass einen der Hahn weckt und man die Bahn hinter dem Garten hört. 
Contact: Magdalena war immer jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und ist auch so immer am Haus gewesen.
