Experience: Betaling was niet aangekomen, dus een ander verblijf moeten zoeken, nog geen reactie gehad over hoe ik mijn geld ga terug krijgen. 
Tips: Niet boeken, ik blij dat ik maar een dag geboekt heb , nu 3. dagen verder nog geen geld terug en helemaal niets meer gehoord , klantenservice niet berijkbaar 
Contact: Ze had geen plek, geen betaling, en t adres klopte volgens de mensen die daar aanwezig wel.
Maar er was geen verblijf.

We had booked two days ago.
We arrived at our destination.
There was a birthday party with lots of people.
We asked what was going on.
One of the staff was kind enough to call the number and told us it wasn't there.
They sent us to another campsite, which was closed.
Two people were there to help us call the number together.
It turned out the payment hadn't been received yet.
