March 8, 2026, spent a quiet night here. The tram across the street runs every 15 minutes. For €1.40 per person one way, you can reach the city center (Circular Plaza).

Having given IKEA a miss, we spent the night here. It was spacious and the next morning very quiet. During the night however, it was very noisy with boy racers creating a racetrack around the surrounding roads. Probably only occurs at weekends, it was Saturday night after all, earplugs definitely recommended.

04/03 Excellent, well-lit overnight accommodation near a beautiful, large shopping center, but no grocery store, so keep this in mind. Restaurants and all non-food chains are available. There is some traffic noise, but it's not bothersome. Amenities are available at the CP at Ikea, 1.5 km away. A great location for exploring Murcia by tram or bike.
