Beautiful camper pitch. For 5 nights.
Everything is available. Use your own shower and toilet in your camper.
The construction site at the end of the camper pitch will likely remain like this for a while.
Bakery, supermarket, and town center nearby. The tourist office next to the museum has a cycling map for this beautiful area (€0.7). The last spot on the camper pitch,
next to the fence, offers the most space!!
Cycle along the Dender river
to Ath or to Grammout in Geraardsbergen (the Wall of...).
Campsite entrance on the forest side: Barrier!

A recently opened campsite with electricity, water, waste disposal, and toilet emptying. The paved pitches are OK (not very wide). Getting there was a nightmare because Google Maps and ZENEC navigation don't recognize it. The police escorted us to the site (thanks for that). Supermarket a few hundred meters away; the town itself is desolate.

Trash bins are neatly stored in the storage room.
The city center is within walking distance along the Dender River.
