Great place! The showers are scarce, but what a rain shower – tropical delight! The walk to Staffin is beautiful (make sure you apply sunscreen, mosquitoes treat you like a buffet). And that man behind the counter? Hero! He called me himself later to say there was room for two nights after all. He's a great thinker, takes care of everything. That's what I call service with a capital S. A solid 5 stars.

Nothing wrong with that. Sani is limited as mentioned with only 2 showers per side. We took the path from the campsite to the beach but make no mistake: it runs through marshy heath and rocks, and especially the last part down is a must. We walked back via the dino footprints along the road. All in all a walk of about an hour and a half to 2 hours if you drink coffee at The Hungry Gull.

nice location neat facilities
nice walk to the beach
only downside that we didn't have any problems with is that there are only two toilets and two showers per gender
