We were here in early April and it was still quiet. Beachfront spots are the most expensive. We stayed by the beach and paid TL 1250 per night. Sanitary facilities were fine.

Location on the beach is obviously the reason to stay. It is peak time now so most sites were booked. We opted for the garden side as it had more shade. We also chose to pay extra for electricity so we could use our sir conditioner. Shower block was clean but the shower heads could do with some maintenance. 
Not in the touristy area which suited us fine but it does mean that shops are not close by. 
Would recommend.

Very mediocre camping. 
Shower very lukewarm and the heads radiate in all directions except where you are standing. 
Restaurant and bar closed.
