The restrooms are currently being rebuilt, as are the water and waste disposal systems.
The owner is super friendly and speaks excellent English.

Some reviews are not correct. No new toilets or showers at this location. There are two showers with hot water in the open air, without privacy. Friendly people, that is true. There is also no washing machine, but a lovely, quiet place in the shade with electricity. And close to the beach.

The place is clean, the showers are well maintained and as good as new!
We were there in the off-season and had space, but I wouldn't go in the high season when everything is full, because then your neighbor is basically sitting in your bed.
Showers and toilets are closed from 9.30pm to 8am, which makes life difficult in a bus without a toilet.
Otherwise there are a lot of pensioners, everyone is asleep after 9.30pm anyway 😂 So it's incredibly quiet
