You can also "detour" 2 x 25 km to Lindesnes - the South Cape of Norway - is very worthwhile. Beautiful road with beautiful viewpoints. Spend the night in the parking lot under the lighthouse for 100 Nkr.

RV parking with a beautiful view. A short walk to the lighthouse and museum. Overnight parking is NOK 300, but it includes a family entrance ticket for 2 adults and 3 children!

Fantastic spot, we were on the side overlooking the sea and the lighthouse. We arrived at 5 p.m., and it was busy with campers, but there was still plenty of space. Nice and quiet at night.
In the evening, we saw the lighthouse and a beautiful sunset without regular visitors. There are several walks around the parking lot, and the café is open from 11 a.m. Wi-Fi at the café and toilets near the barrier remain open.

We found this to be a great spot for one night. We arrived around 3 p.m. and immediately found a good spot between two other campers, with the correct distance of 4 meters. We paid at the ticket machine and then visited the lighthouse and its surroundings. We watched a movie in the restaurant and also had a bite to eat. It was very quiet at night.
