We stayed there at the end of March and really enjoyed it. The sanitary facilities were cleaned every day, even though only 5-6 pitches were occupied. The walk to the beach is indeed quite long and challenging.

However, the ferry to Aweiro is easily reachable in 10 minutes, and there's a bike path right in the center of Aweiro.

Everything you need. The walk to the beach is a bit arduous, but the beach is wonderful.

The staff is friendly. Otherwise, it's more of a place for passing through.

Warm welcome by English speaking lady (Claudia).
Basic camping where everything is present.
Watch out in the shower because the tiles are "slippery"
