Excellent parking lot, consisting of two sections. Many campers are parked in the rear section of the parking lot for the night. In good weather on weekends, there is noise disturbance from partying young people. From mid-July to the end of August, a water spectacle attraction is set up.

Excellent view over the mouth of the Tagus with Lisbon on the opposite bank. It is the ideal spot to effortlessly visit Lisbon using the ferry, which is located 250 meters away. The ferry connects Seixal with Lisbon. Once every half hour during the week, and once an hour outside of peak hours and on weekends. The journey takes 20 minutes, and single fares cost approximately 2-3 euros. Facilities are available at the small camper site about 150 meters away.
