Great new campsite. Electricity, water, and facilities included, 23 euros.

Close to the boat departure point to Herreninsel and Fraueninsel.
Lovely 60 km bike ride around the lake. Check-in might be a bit tricky if you are not familiar with Camping Car Park, but it is ultimately simple.
Reasonably close to the highway but not bothersome.

Fantastic, newly built campsite in a beautiful location on Lake Chiemsee.

Whether you're planning an overnight stay while passing through on your way to or from the south, or want to spend a few days at the lake, the location is simply unbeatable. Everything is new and clean.

As is typical for Camping-Car Park, the water and waste disposal facilities are excellent and included in the price.

Registration via the app is quick and easy.

Another nice camper site from Aire de Camping Cars. The only thing I miss here is a toilet block. We paid 23 euros including electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and tourist tax. You register via the registration kiosk and receive a pass for a one-time 5 euro deposit. You hold this pass in front of the code post. By using the Aire de Camping Cars app, you can see where all their camper sites are located, how many spots are available, and how many are still free.
