I was initially skeptical, but it was a nice place.

We were there on Sunday and after a phone call (very friendly), we received the access code.
Not super luxurious, but clean toilets and one shower.

A half-hour walk to the center of Groningen.
Recommended for this purpose.

Great location for an overnight stay to explore Groningen. We spent an evening at Holland Casino, which is just 850 meters away. The bathroom facilities are excellent, and there's a lovely hot shower. The campervan is parked behind the gate, which provides an extra sense of security. We'd love to come back.

A great spot for a day trip to Groningen city center. Beautiful among all those ships moored on dry land.
