Considering amenities and price, the site doesn't deserve a single star.
I don't want to list all the inconveniences; you can read about them in the other reviews.
(In other federal states, Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, and Rhineland-Palatinate, parking spaces cost €13 to a maximum of €17, in a prime location!
Including electricity and waste disposal.)

The same negative review applies to the second municipal parking space
in Lübenau!!!!

parking lot next to a railway line 
horrible, what a noise, a train every 15 minutes, even at night 😟😟😞😡
and you pay 25 euros for that per 24 hours, you can also park in the parking lot of the tour buses for 25 euros but no noise and electricity
