It's ridiculous to have arrival and departure times at such a location.

Do park at the other spots; it's more sociable, and arrival time equals departure time.

Mandatory times are unusual at a campervan site.

Just look at [Facebook] campervan sites without departure times.

All spots with arrival time equals departure time.

Isn't a campervan freedom? Traveling without (too many) obligations!

Really great place. In the green. Quiet despite road and station nearby. No facilities but that is not necessary if you have everything with you. Central with public transport nearby, in Dalfsen nice restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Beautiful walking and cycling area.

Excellent camper place without facilities. Simple payment system. Within walking distance of village with restaurants and supermarkets. Departure is allowed until 12:00. 
There should be more of these places in the Netherlands.
