To keep prices down (€38 per night), we opted for a standard pitch. It's a wooded site where it's hard to find a suitable spot. So be it, a bit crooked 😏. Sanitary facilities are too far away for many pitches. Clean, though. Perfect Wi-Fi. A large shop on the park. Pula by bike in about 20 minutes. Here too, prices are really too high. But everyone in Croatia knows how to deal with that.

We were here at the end of May and the campsite was half full. Super beautiful spot right by the sea, spacious too. The campsite is constantly being renovated. All sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day. One old building was indeed not very pleasant, but the new buildings are lovely. If the campsite is full, the capacity might be too small. Nice people, professional reception, bar and restaurant are fine. Cycle to Pula city centre, a fifteen-minute ride uphill.

The word ‘Arena’ is naturally used easily because of the centuries-old amphitheater in the city of Pula, which is more than worth a visit. However, in this case, the sanitary facilities at campsite Arena Stoja are also somewhat outdated and not really logical in terms of layout. In fact, when you step out of the really tiny shower, you are immediately outside. The sanitary facilities are clean, the pitches spacious, and the campsite itself doesn't have much character, but it is fine for a few nights.
