Top location!! Take the train to Lucerne, take the cable car (from Alpnachstad) to Mount Pilatus, cycle around Lake Sempach...it's all possible. Supermarket within walking distance. Clean restrooms and not too crowded. It's worth the considerable amount of Swiss francs...we think!

A large (too crowded for us) campsite. With excellent facilities and a recreation area by the lake. There are even two diving boards in the lake.

great campsite with very nice. clean and new sanitary facilities. excellent showers. great camper places. Sandwiches available in restaurant. restaurant at the campsite is fine for a quick bite but not very atmospheric. you can walk wonderfully from the campsite. recommended for overnight accommodation.
