Total 8 camper places of which 4 with electricity. perfect base to tivedens national park. on site hiking and MTB routes. Outside the season you can stand on this camper place without facilities (no barrier). use of toilet and shower was included and can be found on the (youth?) hostel grounds.

200 SEK plus 50SEK electricity. You pay for location, do not expect luxury. Toilets are VERY dated but clean, about 150m away. Showers and kitchen at the hostel about 700m away. In low season, reception is open only Friday and Saturday but easy booking online. Right on Bergslagsleden trail. 5km to main entrance of Tiveden, hilly road, harder to do on bike. Entrance Vitsand only 3km and once you get down to the lake it’s flat from there.

it looked like a nice place, unfortunately the village with all accommodations was closed due to a wedding party from Friday to Sunday. Handy to check that in advance, happens more often according to the guide in the park. It is not allowed to spend the night (in the parking lots) in the NP. Spend the night in a spot in the forest outside the park.
