A great campsite as a base for visiting the state or on the way to Dover. Be aware that if you're not a member or don't have an international camping card, it's a bit pricey. Lovely pitches and pricy sanitary facilities. The bus stops right in front of the campsite, and for less than £3, you can be in the town center within fifteen minutes.

We stopped at this beautiful campsite on our way from Dover. The ferry was late, so we arrived at 9:00 PM when the reception was closed, but we found an envelope with all the instructions for access! Very kind hosts!! We stayed two nights and did the same on our way back before boarding again! Quiet, spotlessly clean, a paradise!

A very well-kept and clean campsite, with gravel pitches surrounded by grass. The facilities are a bit dated but clean, and the dishwashing facilities are insufficient for the campsite's capacity.
It's part of a network that includes several campsites. If you join for £53 a year, you'll receive a discount of up to 30%. It's a shame I didn't know about it beforehand. A 30-minute walk takes you to the town center, which is very charming.
