### Dijkrt - 2/5
*September 2025*

We arrived here in mid-September around 1 p.m., and it was already full. It's recommended to make a reservation or call ahead (the nearest campsite is a 25-minute drive away). The pitches didn't look great either, crammed together, but they were lovely by the lake. I think it's fine for one or two nights.

What a horrible campsite, not worthy of being called a campsite. You're crammed together, noisy, unclean, sitting in the weed fumes. If I wanted to, I'd go to Amsterdam or Rotterdam. And terribly expensive for all that misery. The camper site along the Reuss, for example, was picture-perfect, clean, and cheap. Switzerland is expensive, but then you expect some quality.

noisy campsite. don't expect quiet! super handy for Zurich. fabulous hot and powerful shower. restaurant on the Lac. lovely but expensive. really helpful check-in lad. pitch 1 accommodated our 8.9mtr MoHo. Great for a city break but remember its a busy site and go elsewhere if u want quiet!
