Due to the expected crowds, I reserved a spot online via their website yesterday. The site indicated that there was still space. I did not receive a confirmation. Upon arrival at the campsite, it was complete chaos due to the crowds. The reservation had not gone through and the campsite was full. There was a queue and people were irritated. An employee said that you had to stay for a minimum of a week, while online it was possible to book 3 nights. Online it still says available even though they are full.

We find the campsites on this part of the Tuscan coast to be poor in terms of price-quality ratio. But this is a very positive exception. The location, space, greenery, service, hygiene, and facilities in May for €30 for two people and a camper. Fantastic!!

Beautiful beachfront location, clean and accessible, a market with everything you need, and friendly and helpful staff. Dogs are welcome.
