To be honest, we found it very disappointing. The grass meters high, route to it full of potholes. Taking water awkwardly. Toilet dump separately. Especially with bad weather we would not do it. 12 pounds very much for we thought. Nice people but you don't have to go here. Are there enough in England.

Very helpful manager! She was afraid that we were stuck in the grass; alternative was in the yard. As compensation for no power (in November) we were allowed to use the BenB lounge and showering in an empty room. Nothing but praise

Kind of camping with the farmer, small-scale, beautiful view, quiet, and very simple. Should pick apples and pears. Got info about the area. Super friendly. As a motorhome a 10, but it is indicated as camping on the app and then I say 7. We paid 12 pounds.
