Nice place to stay, especially due to the perfect location relative to the city center (a 10-minute bike ride). We were helped in a friendly manner by the people at the marina. There are plenty of dining options nearby on the Seine promenade. We did not use the sanitary facilities, so I cannot comment on that.

We stayed here for 1 night. Good camper site with good and clean facilities, including a hot shower. The site itself was quiet, but you can hear road and city noise in the background. For us, this was certainly not disturbing. The harbor master is helpful. We used the link for this app in my TomTom and it worked.
Do pay close attention to ensure you take the correct turn on the road to the harbor.

Pitches with plenty of space and very friendly staff. Showers indeed with warm (hot) water with a powerful jet. Nice walking along the Seine; especially with the map of Rouen and the Dutch explanations. Important to arrive on time.
