Great campsite for a visit to Bordeaux. You can take an Uber taxi to the center for 12 euros. The restaurant was closed both days we were there.

Fine campsite with facilities. They really should do something about the maintenance of the fields, such as leveling and mowing. Unfortunately, the only park in the area where you could walk your dog was closed. When I asked where I could walk the dog, the reception said that it was allowed on the campsite, as long as you clean up after yourself. This is different from what I am used to.

But the campsite is a great base for visiting Bordeaux!

Fine, somewhat businesslike reception. The assigned pitch was spacious, partially paved, with both sun and shade. The sanitary facilities are in excellent order. Modern and clean. Lovely swimming pool; perhaps a bit cramped when fully booked, but sufficient for now (end of May). Booked two days online for €68. Not cheap, but reasonable for a campsite like this. It seems they have things under control.
