Great camper place with clean toilets and 1 shower. There are places on gravel, but most on grass. The power supply is a bit of a mess, but worked fine. There is a very good Moroccan restaurant in the town, the herring museum is worth a visit and so is the bakery.

The campsite is located directly on the road, you may also be able to park in the other field, but there is no one there at the moment. Toilet building not clean. Electricity available. The field is very wet with quite a few collision marks, I used ramps.

The campsite would be open according to the Icelandic Camping Card website. Is that also, but a new layer of asphalt is being applied. So noise and mess and only place near the main road. Unknown how long it will take. Shower was closed, 1 toilet accessible. We drove back to the quiet and spacious campsite in Ólafsfjördur, where the Icelandic CC is also valid.
