Stayed for two nights. Occasional traffic noise. No electricity. Great location near the center, easy access with license plate registration. € 10.00 for one night.

Good place for sightseeing. Unfortunately, the power poles are currently out of service, so deductions

Of the 10 designated RV sites, 8 were occupied by cars. The city should put up better signs here or issue tickets, as is sometimes done elsewhere. 
I had to leave Schwerin empty-handed because I couldn't find a place to stay overnight, not even anywhere else.
