Location on the marina site - sign up at the shop at Maasboulevard 101, park in the driveway - arrival before 8 p.m. - directly on the water between the Roer and the Maas - fewer facilities in winter season, see website - Designer Outlet 2.1 km - center 800m

## Location host

Our camper place is open from 1 February to 1 December and accessible daily from 9:00 to 20:00. We have about 20 camper places where you can use sanitary facilities, electricity and water. From 12:00 your 'booked' place is available and on the day of departure the camper place must be released again at 12:00. During the winter period (February & March) the sanitary building is completely closed. Emptying your chemical toilet is also not possible during this period.

We love this place and come here often.

The sanitary facilities are okay; it's a motorhome pitch, so we have everything we need on board. The proximity to the charming city center is simply unbeatable. The site is quiet and not easily visible from the outside, which makes it safe for us.

The high wall...yes, it could be a bit lower, but we enjoy sitting on the terrace and enjoying the view of the Meuse River!

The parking space on the company premises is okay for one night, but it has no marina atmosphere whatsoever, as a concrete wall completely blocks the view of the harbor!

What a shame!

Far too expensive for such poor sanitary facilities.

No view of the Meuse River due to the high wall.

Quiet hours are neither observed nor enforced.

Good location for sightseeing.
